Here are the steps for my artwork Ciel Phantomhive  
I messed around a lot with the position of his head X)
I usually try to not restrict myself with my artwork. so I allow myself to rearrange the artwork until I feel satisfied.  
I sometimes blend too much red so I try to add blue and greens in the face. :3
I mainly used levels and curves adjustment layers for effects. *u*
